As STRs have shown us in the past year, they are a very adaptive and resilient industry. With strong employment rates and consumer interest still remaining high for travel, 2023 will be another fantastic year for vacation rentals. Although it won't see the same "dramatic results" as the industry has seen in 2021 and 2022, 2023 is forecasted to be a year of mature performance with high supply, demand, and revenue.
